This essential accessory serves to protect the delicate reverse osmosis membrane and the entire system from harmful scale deposits by ensuring an optimal working environment.

Compatibility is not an issue; you can combine this with all reverse osmosis systems that are equipped with a 3/8 inch inlet hose. This allows for flexible and problem-free integration into existing systems.

Given the varying water hardness levels, the manufacturer recommends using the scale protection pre-filter for water hardness levels of 20° dH and above. However, to ensure even better protection, we advise using this filter even at a hardness level of over 18° dH. Maintenance is simple and only requires changing the filter cartridge every six months, with replacement filters readily available.

The set includes everything necessary for quick and uncomplicated self-installation, including the appropriate connections for integration into your PI-Power Compact System. For those who prefer professional installation, a special installation service is available.

This pre-filter set is specifically designed for use with 3/8″ hoses, suitable for almost all reverse osmosis systems. For systems with 1/4″ hoses, the Aquamichel Scale Pre-filter Set offers an alternative solution.

Technical highlights of the product include a filter capacity of 2650 liters using an ion exchanger, a service life of three to six months, a maximum pressure of 6 bar, and manufacturing from high-quality plastic without plasticizers, which underlines the product's safety and reliability.

Included in the scope of delivery are the filter housing, a special key for opening the housing, and the filter cartridge, thus providing a comprehensive set for installation and commissioning.
