Jomi stands for a clear vision: access to clean drinking water – for everyone, everywhere.

What began as an idea by Jochen Sausgruber and Michael Gurske is now a growing company with headquarters and production in Europe. Jomi combines technical expertise with sustainable thinking and offers modern water filter solutions for households and businesses.

With a focus on quality, durability, and environmental awareness, Jomi develops filter systems that not only purify water but also rethink resource management. The name Jomi may come from two founders – but behind it lies a strong concept for a healthier future.

We primarily carry the popular Jomi Frizz devices with carbonation function and selectable temperature. Depending on your needs and/or taste, Jomi offers excellent countertop and under-sink devices.

Depending on the model, the following are used:

  1. Microfiltration - Jomi Frizz-Up Micro/Ultra
  2. Ultrafiltration - Jomi Frizz-On Micro/Ultra 20/40/60/90/150
  3. Nanofiltration (Reverse Osmosis) - Jomi Frizz-On Nano 20 and Jomi Frizz-In Nano 20

The product range is complemented by matching accessories and original replacement filters to ensure your system runs reliably.

How does Jomi work?

Jomi relies on a multi-stage filter system that is modular in design and adapts to your requirements:

  1. Microfiltration (Activated Carbon): filters chlorine, odors & coarse particles
  2. Ultrafiltration (Hollow Fiber Membrane): removes bacteria & microorganisms
  3. Nanofiltration (Reverse Osmosis): removes almost all impurities such as heavy metals, drug residues & PFAS
  4. Remineralization: adds important minerals such as magnesium & calcium back
  5. Alkalization: For those who want to further refine their osmosis water, Jomi offers the Basion on request. It gives the slightly acidic osmosis water a pleasant alkaline pH value – for an even more digestible enjoyment and a harmonious taste experience.
  6. Carbonation Function (CO₂): sparkling water directly from the tap
  7. Cooling Function: selectable temperature depending on the model

The result: pure, great-tasting water – individually filtered, structured, cooled, or carbonated. Jomi experiences show: It is precisely the combination of functionality, taste, and design that convinces in everyday life.

Although Jomi is still relatively new in our product range, we have already gathered initial experience with the systems – and these are consistently positive.

Especially the carbonation and cooling functions of the JoMi FRIZZ models delight many of our customers. Installations run smoothly, and the first maintenances and filter changes also show: the technology is well thought out, operation is simple, and the result is convincing.

While we don't have as much feedback as with other brands yet – what we've seen so far speaks for itself. JoMi systems make a very good impression in everyday use and represent a sensible, modern addition to any kitchen or office installation.

FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions about Jomi Products

Depending on the model, Jomi uses microfiltration (activated carbon), ultrafiltration (hollow fiber membranes) or nanofiltration (reverse osmosis). This allows the purity of the water to be individually adjusted.

Jomi water filters remove, depending on the filter stage, among other things:

  1. Chlorine, odors & suspended solids
  2. Bacteria & microorganisms
  3. Heavy metals, microplastics, nitrates, drug residues

In addition, the water is remineralized in many models – for natural taste and healthy minerals like magnesium & calcium.

Yes, especially the JoMi FRIZZ models offer a CO₂ function. This allows filtered water to be carbonated directly at the device – fresh, sparkling, and without bottles.

The JoMi FRIZZ devices can also cool the filtered water on demand. This provides you with still, chilled, or sparkling water – all at the touch of a button.

The systems are exclusively produced in Europe. Most components also come from European manufacturing – for short supply chains, high production standards, and tested quality.

The statutory warranty is 2 years. With regular maintenance, however, a significantly longer lifespan of the systems can be expected. On request, longer warranty periods of up to 5 years can also be arranged for a small surcharge.

The exact change frequency depends on the model and water quality. Generally, a regular filter change at the maintenance interval is recommended to ensure consistently high water quality.
