The WOW Direct Flow system operates with a 7-stage water treatment system that combines mechanical pre-filtration, molecular purification, and physical water treatment.

First, tap water is purified by several pre-filters that reduce particles, chlorine, and chemical contaminants. This is followed by the actual reverse osmosis filtration, where the finest dissolved substances are retained by a membrane. Afterward, the water is sensorially refined and physically structured by additional modules.

Thanks to direct-flow technology, water is treated directly at the point of dispensing. A storage tank is not required, ensuring that fresh water is always available. Integrated sensors continuously monitor water quality and the condition of the filters.

The aquaSpin 3.8

After the actual filtration, the water passes through the aquaSpin 3.8. Here, the water is physically structured, creating a hexagonal molecular structure. The goal is to give the filtered water a softer sensory quality and a particularly pleasant taste.

The HELIO Module – Stops Electro Smog

The integrated HELIO module is a maintenance-free element designed for modern living and working environments – for example, near WLAN routers, power lines, or electronic devices.

It is based on a special combination of natural materials, arranged according to a structural principle researched in Russia. The module's goal is to support a balanced environment and promote the connection between modern technology and natural harmony.

The system treats tap water through multi-stage filtration and a powerful 600 GPD reverse osmosis membrane. This reduces dissolved solids, particles, and chemical residues, resulting in particularly clear and neutral-tasting drinking water.

The integrated polyphosphate filter helps to reduce water hardness. This can reduce limescale formation in household appliances and at the same time improve the taste of beverages such as tea or coffee.

For water hardnesses above 20 °dH, an additional limescale pre-filter is recommended.

1. Sediment Pre-filtration

The tap water first passes through a sediment filter, which removes coarse particles such as sand, rust, sludge, and other suspended solids from the water. This first purification stage protects the subsequent filter elements and ensures stable filtration.

2. Activated Carbon Filtration

In the next step, the activated carbon filter reduces chlorine, organic compounds, and various chemical residues. At the same time, this stage significantly improves the odor and taste of the water.

3. Polyphosphate Filter for Hardness Reduction

The integrated polyphosphate component can contribute to reducing water hardness. This reduces limescale formation and protects household appliances. In addition, the taste of hot beverages such as coffee or tea can improve.

4. Molecular Filtration by Reverse Osmosis

At the heart of the system is a powerful 600 GPD reverse osmosis membrane. Here, water is pressed under pressure through a semi-permeable membrane. The finest dissolved solids are retained and discharged via wastewater, while purified water is passed on.

5. Activated Carbon Post-filtration

After the membrane, the water is again passed over an activated carbon block. This stage removes possible residual odors and ensures a particularly neutral and clear taste.

6. aquaSpin 3.8 – Physical Water Structuring (Optional)

The filtered water then passes through the aquaSpin Activator 3.8. The water is physically structured, which is intended to create a hexagonal water structure. This can influence the sensory perception of the water and contribute to a softer taste.

7. Helio E-Smog Stop Module (Optional)

In the final stage, the water is passed through a module that is intended to harmonize electromagnetic environmental influences. This module complements the water treatment and ensures a complete water experience until it is drawn from the tap.

The WOW filter system is installed at the water connection where you want to draw water – usually in the kitchen.

For installation, you only need a cold water connection, an electrical outlet, sufficient space for the filter, and a wastewater siphon.

You can generally install your WOW system yourself. However, we recommend professional installation by our assembly service. This way, you ensure that everything is optimally connected – and you also receive a warranty on the installation.

We recommend changing the filter system of your H.Preiss WOW after approx. 9,000 liters or every 12 months.

You only need to change the membranes every 3 years. A modern LCD display conveniently shows you the filter change and membrane status.
