The MisterWater Arctica operates using a multi-stage direct flow process without a water storage tank. Tap water is filtered directly as it passes through – for fresh, hygienically safe drinking water at all times, with no standing time.

Yes, partially. Membrane filtration reduces mineral components of the water – including limescale-forming minerals.

For high water hardness, an optional limescale pre-filter can be installed upstream to protect the membranes and extend the lifespan of the system.

Recommendation: For water hardnesses above 20 °dH, an additional limescale pre-filter is recommended.

The Arctica filter system is installed at the water connection where you want to draw water – usually in the kitchen. For installation, you only need a cold water connection, a power outlet, sufficient space for the filter, and a wastewater siphon.

In principle, you can install your Arctica yourself. However, we recommend professional installation by our installation service. This ensures that everything is optimally connected – and you also receive a guarantee on the installation.

We recommend changing the filter system of your Arctica osmosis unit after approximately 9,000 liters or every 12 months. The membranes only need to be replaced every 3 years. A modern LCD display conveniently shows you the filter change and the membrane status.

The replacement filter for your Arctica is available for just €69. High-quality membranes with 150 GPD are available for €159.
