Product description

The WaterStop offers reliable protection against unpredictable water leaks and is recommended as an addition to any built-in water filter. It is installed directly on the cold water angle valve and protects all downstream devices and installations – regardless of the cause of water damage.

As soon as the floor sensor (1 sensor) comes into contact with water, the solenoid valve immediately closes the water supply and emits an audible warning signal. This effectively prevents damage caused by pressure surges, material fatigue, installation errors, or leaks – even if no one is on site.

Note: This product is included with some reverse osmosis systems. Even though it works well, we recommend the HydroStopper, as it has 2 sensors and separating and restoring the water supply is more intuitive. Furthermore, we have already been able to test it on over 1000 systems.

Shipping and Returns

Return Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (2 to 3 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
